2. Booking and Payment

Booking Process: To reserve a tour (e.g., Wine and Hungary’s Heartland or Autumn Harvest in Southern Czechia), you must complete the booking form on our website or contact us directly. A deposit or full payment, as specified, is required to confirm your reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tour details, including itinerary, inclusions, and costs.

Payment Terms: Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include specified services (e.g., accommodation, guided tours, select meals). Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. Full payment is due 30 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

4. Tour Participation and Responsibilities

Traveler Responsibilities: You’re responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visas), complying with destination country regulations, and maintaining appropriate behavior during tours.
